Christmas Wedding Vacation

We started off the break with visiting my family in Utah where Erin and Jake were soon to wed (pictures will hopefully come up soon). We stayed with Heather and her family and new baby cousin Vienna. That was super fun to see everyone, but of course everyone was really sick- Kitt even ended up with Pneumonia because we all had the flu so bad. It was still lots of fun despite the sickness and super fun to see family. After Utah we traveled back to Denver to share a very Merry Christmas with the Bart Christiansen Family. We celebrated and had a great time and the newly weds even came for a bit- the kids sure had fun and keep pretending that every day is Christmas and think they should be able to open up presents. Thanks for all those Gifts and Presents Everyone!

Hanging Around

It's fun that we have so much to do so close to our home. With the zoo next door and children's museum up the road there is always something fun to do. My kids still love water the most though~ so bath time and dishes are still among the regulars of fun time.

Laine's #3 Birthday

For Laine's Birthday this year he asked for a Cars birthday cake. I'll be honest I didn't come up with this cake idea on my own I found one a lot like it on pintrest. Laine loved the cake which I was excited about, but got super shy once all of his friends came over and wouldn't look up or blow out his own candles. He perked up though for presents and enjoyed the rest of the night playing with friends and eating cake and ice-cream.
